Arkansas Football Tailgating Information ResourcesThe heart of the tailgating at the University of Arkansas is The Gardens, located just south of Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, as well as the many scholarship parking lots and green spaces surrounding the football stadium. Information on reserves spaces at The Gardens for tailgating can be found on this website page. Persons wishing to drop tailgating supplies in parking areas controlled by the university for scholarship parking are reminded that access to parking lots ends three hours before kickoff. After that time, all vehicles entering controlled lots must have a parking permit. Anyone leaving tailgating supplies unattended does so at their own risk. Only licensed motor vehicles are allowed to park in scholarship parking slots. For example, even if an individual has two parking spots within a scholarship lot, one parking permit cannot be used for a trailer or cooker. Only two licensed motor vehicles could park in those slots. Again, only licensed motor vehicles may be used on the streets of the University of Arkansas campus. No ATVs, personal tractors on or off road, non-licensed utility vehicles or golf carts are allowed. The rule of thumb is the vehicle must be a “street legal” licensed vehicle to operate. The only exceptions are utility vehicles used by the University of Arkansas for official purposes. Disposal of used charcoal is encouraged in designated charcoal trash receptacles placed in certain parking lots surrounding Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. Use of generators and other electric generating equipment for tailgates are permitted; however, please take noise considerations into account with your operation of generators and portable sound systems for your fellow tailgaters. No open flames are allowed in the University of Arkansas parking deck. The University of Arkansas
